The Green Windmill (Groene Windmolen) Insignia
The Green Windmill (Groene Windmolen) insignia is available for use by Dutch paint manufacturers for display on containers with low VOC, earth-friendly coatings containing low levels of aromatic compounds.
Paint manufacturers interested in qualifying to use the Green Windmill insignia should submit indications of interest and VOC tests results on specific products to be considered from a certified, independent lab to Mr. Ben van Tuijl at info@groenewindmolen.com. Mr. van Tuijl is a retired Dutch paint industry executive with an interest in environmental awareness.
